A convicted felon from Appleton, already behind bars, will be spending more time in prison.
Court records show that 21-year-old Tyrese Tupac Shakir Simmons was back inside an Outagamie County courtroom on Monday (October 27th) for a sentencing hearing after being convicted of Second-Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety and Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon in August.
Simmons, who is already serving a two-and-a-half-year prison sentence for an additional firearm charge in Calumet County, was ordered to spend three additional years behind bars, followed by three more years on extended supervision…
