New regulations proposed for short-term rentals in Green Bay

GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) – Short-term rental owners in Green Bay are speaking out over a proposal by the city that they say could put them out of business.

The city’s Equal Rights Commission says the new rules are needed to preserve affordable housing, as properties are taken off the market for investment opportunities.
