Fifteen people were arrested Oct. 29 in northeastern Wisconsin as a result of a 14-month investigation into a large-scale drug trafficking organization with ties to Mexican drug cartels, according to the Brown County Sheriff’s Office.
Charges will be referred to the district attorney offices in Brown, Outagamie and Winnebago counties, the sheriff’s office said, adding that more arrests are expected to be made.
