GREEN BAY, Wis. – Wind rustles across frost-laced fields this morning as a powerful southwest flow builds over northeastern Wisconsin. The air feels crisp and dry, but the breeze will soon turn blustery, a reminder that the first full week of November can still pack a punch.
According to the National Weather Service in Green Bay, gusts up to 35 mph are expected today across much of northeast and north-central Wisconsin. Stronger gusts near 40 mph could hit the Door County shoreline and parts of the Bay of Green Bay by late afternoon.
