The student caught with a gun on the Green Bay Preble High School campus was back in court yesterday (November 4th).
The unnamed 16-year-old was found guilty due to a no-contest plea on a charge of Possession of Firearms on School Grounds, to which the court found him delinquent.
This means if the teen had been an adult, the act would have been a criminal offense…
