GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) – An eviction notice taped on the front door of the Koko Sushi Bar and Lounge, dated November 11, was spotted Wednesday morning.
The restaurant posted a statement to its Facebook page on Wednesday:
We are aware that an eviction notice was recently posted on the door of Koko Sushi & Steak Lounge. While we understand this has caused concern and confusion among the community, we want to provide clarity and transparency.
Due to recent business transitions, the property is in the process of being transferred to new ownership. The eviction notice is part of that ongoing legal and operational process, not an indication of immediate closure or abandonment.…
