One of Green Bay’s most ornate, iconic and unique homes is for sale for the first time in more than a decade.
The Joannes House, 902 S. Madison St., is for sale for $950,000, according to the Nov. 7 Realtor.com listing. The house was designed and built for Mitchell and Fannie Joannes who moved in in fall 1900 after about a year and a half of construction.
