Green Bay, WI – An arctic blast has plunged temperatures well below freezing across much of Wisconsin this morning, with wind chills ranging from -10°F to -25°F, according to the US National Weather Service in Green Bay.
The bitter cold will persist through the day, with highs only reaching 8°F to 15°F across most of the region, except for slightly warmer readings in Door County.
