NEENAH, Wis. (WFRV) – Medical residents have a lot to think about during the several years they spend in graduate programs, but residency students in Neenah may have a little less to think about come summer 2026.
Neenah Mayor Jane Lang won’t seek re-election
Froedtert ThedaCare announced officially that it will advance its Graduate Medical Education (GME) program by developing townhouses for residents.
This on-campus housing will feature about 56 townhomes in a phased construction plan, which began in October. The first phase features two buildings with 28 units next to ThedaCare Medical Center-Neenah, with expected completion in the summer.
The full build is on the site of the former Roosevelt Elementary School, and the second phase is a similar plan, with the same two buildings and 28 unit expectation, but on the eastern half of the property. Phase two construction is set for fall 2026…
