Green Bay, WI – The calm start to this December morning hides what’s on the horizon. Temperatures hover near 0°F, the air sharp and still — but forecasters say the next winter storm system will break that silence by Tuesday night, bringing heavy snow, blowing winds, and hazardous travel to northeast Wisconsin.
According to the National Weather Service in Green Bay, a Winter Storm Watch is in effect from Tuesday evening through Wednesday morning for Brown, Outagamie, Manitowoc, Kewaunee, and surrounding counties.
