GREEN BAY, Wis. — Your dashcam video could help the Green Bay Police Department’s investigation into a chain-reaction crash on Interstate 41 that left a Howard woman hospitalized with life-threatening injuries.
Police have recently learned a dark-colored sedan may have been weaving erratically across all lanes of northbound I-41 between Lombardi Avenue and W. Mason Street around 5 p.m. Dec. 3.
That caused some drivers to brake abruptly, resulting in multiple crashes…
