A Green Bay man pleaded to recklessly endangering safety in an April car crash on Velp Avenue that one victim said he was lucky to survive.
Timothy Mossberger, 36, was charged May 22 with two counts of second-degree recklessly endangering safety. He pleaded no contest to one of the counts Dec. 8.
