The top prize winner of the Wisconsin Lottery’s 2025 Holly Jolly Raffle won $125,000 after purchasing a ticket from a Kwik Trip in Bellevue.
The ticket was one of 150,000 sold throughout the state for the limited time, limited quantity Holly Jolly Raffle, which launched on Oct. 24 and sold all available tickets. It was sold at the Kwik Trip at 2618 Monroe Road.
