APPLETON (WLUK) — The underage suspect in a fatal traffic crash who allegedly had a blood alcohol level more than double the legal limit and was driving more than 130 mph has pleaded not guilty.
Carter Green, 18, is charged with first-degree reckless homicide and two misdemeanors for the Oct. 4 crash that killed one person and injured two others.
