APPLETON, Wis. (WBAY) – In Outagamie County court, Carter Green pleaded not guilty to charges for a fiery crash that left one person dead and sent another to the hospital.
Investigators say Green, 18, of Larsen, was speeding in excess of 100 miles per hour and ran a red light, hitting another car.
