GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) – Crews are already getting a game plan together ahead of the winter weather headed our way Thursday and Friday.
This comes after a number of crashes were reported in Oconto County on Tuesday due to weather; a surprise slick area created dangerous driving conditions near the town of Abrams.
