GREEN BAY, Wis. — A Green Bay man is arrested after allegedly making threats against a financial institution and involving police in a standoff.
Officers were called to the 1300 block of Western Avenue around 10 a.m. Tuesday on the report of the 27-year-old making threats to “shoot up” a bank in a Green Bay suburb.
The suspect refused to come out of his residence, and a standoff ensued…
