Green Bay’s Broadway District got a little warmer and brighter this week as Luna Glo Candle Bar celebrated its opening at 107 N Broadway with a ribbon-cutting ceremony.
While candle bars have already popped up in other parts of the country, Luna Glo will be the first of its kind in the Green Bay area.
“I was ready to get out of corporate America and so I started looking at different business ideas,” Owner Sherry Smith said. “I’d seen a candle bar franchise that’s out on the east coast, so I started researching what a candle bar was and thought it would be a great concept to bring to the Green Bay area. There’s nothing like it here that I was aware of and I feel like we can always use more stuff to do here, especially in these cold winter months.”…
