APPLETON, Wis. (WFRV) – A 57-year-old man from Kimberly was arrested by the Wisconsin State Patrol (WSP) in Appleton on Saturday on his fourth OWI charge.
A release from WSP states that Stephen James Steckbauer, 57, was pulled over shortly after 5:03 p.m. on December 27 near Newberry Street and STH 441 by a State Trooper.

Steckbauer was reportedly pulled over after the trooper saw him turn the vehicle’s lights off while driving. During the traffic stop, the deputy allegedly noticed signs of impairment.
Steckbauer is being held at the Outagamie County Jail for his fourth OWI offense…
