With the new year comes a change in focus for Liam and Kithara Connolly, owners of Dalla Terra Pasta in Appleton. While many specialty producers hope to open a brick-and-mortar store, the couple has decided to close their store and move in a different direction.
Their story goes back to 2019 when they left corporate jobs in Milwaukee and moved back home to Appleton.
They explained, “We were dealing with the illness of a family member (Cyndi Connolly, Liam’s mom who passed away that year) and didn’t know what was in store for us at the time. Through every step of the way, our love for family has kept us going. Not far behind was our love for food which made it a natural fit as we found ourselves part of Dalla Terra Pasta.”…
