Village in Wisconsin temporarily loses power after vehicle strikes pole

OZAUKEE, Wis. (WFRV) – Officials in Wisconsin say a driver’s crash into a pole caused ‘many’ people in the surrounding area to lose power.

The Ozaukee Central Fire Department reported that crews were dispatched to South Main and West Church Streets for a vehicle striking a pole on Tuesday.

Officials say the driver didn’t bring up any injury concerns; however, the accident caused people in the village to lose power, cable and internet.
