BIG FLATS, Wis. (WFRV) – Authorities in Wisconsin say one man is now in custody for his 10th OWI offense as well as for a recent domestic abuse incident.
According to a release from the Adams County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded on Monday to the 800 block of State Highway 13 in the Town of Big Flats for reports of a crash.
Arriving deputies say one vehicle had been traveling on State Highway 13 when it lost control and crashed into several trees.

A deputy then made contact with the driver of the crashed vehicle, 53-year-old Kevin Lacourse from Friendship, who denied being injured. The deputy also stated that he could smell a strong odor of intoxicating beverages coming from Lacourse’s breath and that he showed other signs of impairment…
