Arrested for fifth OWI after crashing into a Wisconsin State trooper

BROWN COUNTY, Wis. — A man from Green Bay was arrested for his fifth OWI charge after crashing his car into a Wisconsin State trooper.

It happened around 1:04 a.m. on New Year’s Day, when a car veered out of its lane while merging from the I‑43 northbound ramp in Brown County, hitting a Wisconsin State trooper’s squad car.
