ONEIDA, Wis. (WBAY) – The Oneida Nation’s business committee is replacing the board of managers for the Oneida Engineering, Science, and Construction (ESC) group and replacing it with an interim board manager, Debra Powless.
This comes after the head of OESC group apologized for entering into contracts with the federal government regarding ICE facilities.
