GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) – The city of Green Bay is asking a Brown County judge to throw out the civil lawsuit filed over the bidding of a city project.
The city was filing a response to a lawsuit Monday, arguing it complied with Wisconsin statues and laws.
