GREEN BAY (WLUK) – Green Bay says it “acted within its lawful discretion in administering the public bidding process and evaluating bids,” and asked for a lawsuit filed by Miron Construction challenging the awarding of a bid for work on the Leicht Park pavilion to another company to be dismissed.
Green Bay awarded the construction bid to 8Pine Construction. Miron sued, arguing 8Pine failed to meet the bid requirements.
8Pine responded previously, denying claims it’s bid was “unresponsive and inaccurate.”…
