APPLETON, Wis. (WLUK) — The father of a teen hospitalized weighing 35 pounds was ordered Monday to stand trial on child neglect charges.
Walter Goodman and three others — his wife, her daughter, and the daughter’s partner — all face three counts of chronic neglect of a child – consequence is great bodily harm, and two counts of chronic neglect of a child – consequence is emotional damage.
