APPLETON, Wis. (WFRV) – Police in Appleton say a recent traffic stop for a speeding driver ended in an arrest of a 20-year-old for Operating While Intoxicated.
According to the Appleton Police Department, an officer conducting traffic enforcement on Highway 441 witnessed a vehicle going 85mph in a 65mph zone.

The officer initiated a traffic stop, during which the officer reported observing signs of impairment being shown by the speeding driver.
