APPLETON, Wis. (WFRV) – More tax relief could be coming for service industry workers who rely on tips to make a living.
Earlier this week, a ‘No Tax on Tips’ bill passed through the Wisconsin state assembly in a 61-33 vote. Both cash tips and tips received via credit card in an amount up to $25,000 would be exempt for taxable years 2025 to 2028 for state income taxes under this bill.
