WAUPACA (WLUK) — A Menasha man is facing his fourth OWI offense following a high-speed chase across two counties.
On Monday, the Waupaca County Sheriff’s Office was advised of a vehicle pursuit that had occurred in Outagamie County involving the Wisconsin State Patrol which reached speeds of over 100 miles per hour.
A short time later, officers with the Waupaca Police Department and Waupaca County Sheriff’s Office were notified the vehicle was in the Waupaca area by using FLOCK cameras…
