GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) – Miron Construction is dropping its legal action against the city of Green Bay over the Leicht Memorial Park Pavilion project.
Fox Cities-based Miron Construction filed legal action in December, after the city moved to award the contract to 8Pines, Inc., a company based out of Shawano.
