APPLETON (WLUK) — Cole Simon was sentenced Thursday to nine years in prison for supplying the drugs used in a fatal drug overdose.
Simon, 30, previously pleaded no contest to first-degree reckless homicide for the July 19, 2024, death of Brandon Anker, 27, in Black Creek.
