APPLETON, Wis. — A newer community effort is helping Appleton’s chronically homeless residents with safe, warm places to stay during the coldest months.
BSC Companies, Inc., a nonprofit ministry of St. Joseph Catholic Parish, has been expanding its services to meet the needs of those who often fall through the cracks.
