A Green Bay man pleaded to three felonies in connection to an April car crash on Velp Avenue that one victim said he was lucky to survive.
Jason Wright Jr., 23, pleaded no contest Jan. 23 to two counts of second-degree reckless injury and one count of injury by the intoxicated use of a vehicle.
Around 7 p.m. April 1, Wright was driving a red Dodge Challenger eastbound on Velp Avenue when he began racing with a black truck, later identified to be driven by Timothy Mossberger, 36, of Green Bay, according to a criminal complaint.
