Green Bay, Wisconsin – Heavier snow bands developed early Tuesday across parts of east-central Wisconsin, reducing visibility and creating locally hazardous travel conditions along major highways.
According to the National Weather Service in Green Bay, several snow bands moved through the region during the early morning hours, accompanied by gusty winds.
