Green Bay area home sells for $2.4M in 2025, luxury market stays hot

The Green Bay area luxury housing market continues to thrive with more than 10 properties for sale for $2 million or more that offer a mix of key high-demand amenities or unique features like a living room swimming pool or your own lighthouse tower.

Brown County in 2025 saw 34 luxury home sales at prices that ranged from $1 million to $2.4 million, according to market data provided by Jill Dickson-Kesler, a Realtor with Coldwell Banker Real Estate Group who is experienced in the luxury market. That continues a surge in luxury home sales from six in 2019 to more than three dozen in 2024.

It’s gotten to the point now where the number of $1 million-plus home sales last year outnumbers the current available listings to start 2026. There are currently 20-30 existing homes, townhouses and condominiums for sale for $1 million or more, with 11 of those listed for at least $2 million, according to a Jan. 23 Realtor.com search.
