Outagamie County man found with open alcohol during traffic stop, arrested for 6 OWI

FOX CROSSING, Wis. (WFRV) – When an Outagamie County man was pulled over for speeding and deviating from lanes, a Wisconsin State Patrol trooper saw open alcohol and arrested the man for a 6th OWI offense.

According to the Wisconsin State Patrol, 41-year-old Andrew Herman of Hortonville was pulled over around 3:55 a.m. on Saturday on Prospect Avenue near Fox Crossing.

During the traffic stop, the trooper reportedly noticed signs of impairment and allegedly saw open alcoholic beverages inside of Herman’s vehicle.
