GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) – A carjacking suspect accused of stealing a van used by Prevea Health last year will face a trial in April.
Jerilyn Soto, 46, of Keshena, pleaded not guilty by mental disease or defect, which is Wisconsin’s version of an insanity defense.
