Air Wisconsin Airlines and its fleet of jets have been sold to two different companies for a total of $110 million.
Appleton-based Harbor Diversified Inc., parent company of the parent company of Air Wisconsin Airlines LLC, on Jan. 9 completed two transactions that sold the airline’s operations and its fleet of 50-seat Bombardier CRJ200 jets, according to a report filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
Harbor on Dec. 10, 2025 agreed to sell Air Wisconsin and 13 jets to CSI Aviation Inc., of Albuquerque, New Mexico. It also agreed to sell another 12 jets to a trustee for Associated Lease and Finance Group LLC.
