GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — Douglas Proehl told police he had “2 beers an hour and a half ago” before allegedly causing the crash which killed Chloe Bishop, 17, and injured her father, Danny, according to the criminal complaint filed Tuesday.
Proehl, 69, is charged with homicide by intoxicated use of a motor vehicle, and operating while intoxicated causing injury for the Jan. 30 crash at Lombardi Avenue and Holmgren Way in Ashwaubenon.
