Two well-known Fox Cities design and construction firms will operate under the same owners going forward.
Kaukauna-based Keller Inc. on Feb. 2 acquired Appleton-based Hoffman Planning, Design & Construction. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Combined, the companies will employ about 335 people.
Hoffman now becomes A Keller Company, but the 134-year-old business will continue to operate independently of Keller’s own construction industry operations.
