GREEN BAY, Wis. — Ports in eastern Wisconsin are the focus of $7.5 million in harbor assistance grants.
Improvements include dock wall repairs, expanding capacities for larger ships and dredging in Green Bay, Manitowoc, Marinette, Milwaukee and Sturgeon Bay.
