GREEN BAY (WLUK) — The future is in doubt for an area nonprofit that’s been helping people in financial need for more than 60 years.
Tax documents show Newcap has been operating at a $2 million deficit and the state has put it under “enhanced financial monitoring” — a move that FOX 11 is told is not common.
