A letter posted the morning of Feb. 6 to the back door of Safe Haven Pet Sanctuary was how Green Bay’s inspection division informed the nonprofit that its overnight shelterviolated zoning law, said owner Elizabeth Feldhausen.
To Feldhausen’s mind, no inspection had happened. The inspector, who’d attached her business card, didn’t enter the property, Feldhausen told the Green Bay Press-Gazette.
