APPLETON (WLUK) — Bailey Laux was sentenced Tuesday to two years in prison and two years of extended supervision for a fatal texting-while-driving crash on Interstate 41 in 2022.
Laux, 26, pleaded no contest to homicide by negligent operation of a vehicle for the May 3, 2022, crash which killed Chelsey Jennings.
