GREEN BAY (WLUK) — A man was taken into custody in Green Bay on a felony warrant issued by another state.
It happened Thursday in the 200 block of S. Fisk Street. Authorities say the man barricaded himself, spurring a large presence from the Green Bay Police Department, street closures and a shelter-in-place order in the immediate area.
