DE PERE, Wis. (WBAY) – Greater Green Bay Habitat for Humanity will launch its Rock the Block revitalization project for a third year this September, bringing the program to De Pere’s west side.
The neighborhood revitalization program focuses on low to moderate-income households. The three-day project will provide exterior repairs like painting and porch or patio maintenance at no cost to homeowners. Volunteers will work on repairs and beautification at about 30 homes throughout the project.
“The need is there. It’s a beautiful neighborhood and just needs some of those exterior repairs, improvements, and updates, and we feel that’s the perfect area for us to be in 2026,” said Jessica Diederich, CEO of Greater Green Bay Habitat for Humanity.
