Little Chute’s long-standing supper club, The Heiting Place, 1101 W. North Ave., recently announced big news, including new management, a new name and a new, separate restaurant in Appleton.
The business posted to its Facebook page on Feb. 6 giving details on the upcoming changes. It stated its current owners, Priscila Benacio and Alexandro Karavacilis, will be leasing the restaurant to focus on opening a new Portuguese barbecue spot called The Richmond St. BBQ. The two have been managing The Heiting Place since July 2025.
The post revealed The Heiting Place will be under the management of Ryan and Jamie Richeson, who also own Bean City Bar & Grill in New London. The new owners will change The Heiting Place name to The Duchess Eatery & Spirits with plans to open in early March…
