An Ohio-based paper and packaging supplier will expand into Wisconsin with its purchase of a Green Bay-area paper merchant.
Millcraft Paper Co., a 106-year-old firm based in the Cleveland area, expects to complete its purchase of 92-year-old Steen Macek Paper Co. by Feb. 28. Terms of the pending deal were not disclosed.
