Green Bay, WI – Snow and a light glaze of ice could begin impacting highways across northern Wisconsin by 6 p.m. Tuesday, with slippery travel expected along US-41 and Interstate 43 through Wednesday evening.

According to the National Weather Service in Green Bay, confidence is increasing in winter weather impacts from late Tuesday through late Wednesday as a system moves across the region. Northern Wisconsin faces the greatest threat, with a 40 to 50 percent chance of at least 2 inches of snow and a 30 to 50 percent chance of light ice accumulation.
